Dermatologist Neuss
It is particularly important to us that you feel completely at ease with us. We want to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible, which is why we have designed the practice to be bright, modern and child-friendly (baby changing room, reading corner for children in the waiting room and a small gift for young patients).
We want to speak the same language with you. As a multilingual practice, we therefore offer our patients treatment in German, English, Greek, Spanish or French.
Practice philosophy
In a calm atmosphere without a hectic pace and constant changes of doctor, we always give you the time you need and listen carefully to your concerns and individual needs. Your time is important to us, which is why we endeavor to provide you with structured and well-founded advice with almost no waiting time. Preferably paperless and as unbureaucratic as possible.
Beautiful ambience
We have a particularly calm atmosphere: the interior design of the rooms was created with aesthetics, Nordic design and natural elegance. The pleasant waiting room with drinks invites you to linger. For the perfect balance, a visit to the practice can be combined with a healthy and refreshing walk along the Rhine.
Good parking facilities
Our private practice is located in an idyllic area next to the Rhine, where you can park easily without traffic jams and stress. We have two parking spaces available for our patients.
Friendly consultation hours, especially for working people
Wednesdays and Thursdays until 6 p.m., Fridays until 3 p.m. and by appointment in the evening or on Saturdays.
Child-friendly practice
Children and young patients are welcome at our practice. I am a mother of 2 children myself and thanks to my experience, knowledge and care, I can offer particularly gentle treatments for conditions affecting children’s sensitive skin.
For the maximum comfort of babies and young parents, our practice has a changing mat.
For the little patients there is a little surprise at the end of the examination as a reward for their patience.
Dermatology and cosmetics
Our practice works closely with the Beauty Center Neuss cosmetics studio, which has been well known for several years and is located directly opposite. We consider medical cosmetic treatments (Aquapure, carbon peeling, acne cleansing, hair removal, podiatry and much more) to be very important to support the dermatological treatment of acne, nail fungus and as part of the preparation for our wrinkle treatment (with Botox, hyaluronic acid or thread lifting).
At the Beauty Center Neuss, our patients can be pampered in a calm and relaxed atmosphere and receive the friendliest advice and most professional treatment from exclusively certified specialist staff with many years of professional experience. This allows our patients to combine their appointments with the dermatologist and beauty salon and save time.
Cooperation partners
The renowned Bergman Clinics Klinik im Park, formerly Capio Klinik im Park, where Dr. Lilian Vourvouli – Rickers also worked as a dermatologist and phlebologist for 10 years, is also one of our cooperation partners. Vein patients who need surgery are in good hands with the experts in Hilden. The friendly team is proficient in all modern and proven treatment methods. Modern rooms, the charm of the Wilhelminian-style villa and a well-kept park make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Costs
Haut & Venen in Neuss is a private practice in which medical services are billed transparently according to the scale of fees for doctors (GÖÄ). At the end of the treatment, you will receive an invoice from us, which you can claim from your private health insurance company.
As a rule, costs are reimbursed. Of course, patients with statutory health insurance who pay for their treatment themselves are always welcome at our practice.
An initial consultation usually costs around €50.00. The cost of a comprehensive skin cancer screening is approximately €65.00 to €150.00. We will inform you of the expected costs for your treatment at any time.
We can also offer you discounts if you choose more than one aesthetic treatment.

Examination of varicose veins using ultrasound approx. 50 to 100 €
Location & Directions
Our practice is located in the immediate vicinity of the banks of the Rhine at Cyriakusplatz 5B. Our premises are located on the first floor, which you can reach barrier-free.
If you are arriving by car, there are perfect connections to the A57 and A46, so that we are also easily accessible from Neuss city center or Düsseldorf. There are numerous public parking spaces available in the immediate vicinity.
You can also reach us by public transport. The bus stop is only 200 meters away on the main road (Bonner Straße).
Patient-friendly waiting times
Thanks to our good organizational management and careful appointment scheduling, which we also offer you conveniently online, there are virtually no waiting times for our patients. Nevertheless, appointments may be slightly delayed, for example due to emergencies. We ask for your understanding. To ensure that the waiting time passes as quickly as possible, our waiting room offers comfortable seating, fresh water and coffee as well as a waiting room TV.
